DesignOps, creative operations, and program management — intake, prioritization, and delivery systems that let creative teams move fast without dropping quality. Increasingly, that means building the AI into the workflow, not bolting it on.
I don’t just use AI tools — I build them into how a team delivers. Two examples that moved real numbers:
Owning end-to-end delivery across 8–11 concurrent dealer and brand clients, I partnered with the tech lead to architect and implement AI tooling — chatbot automation, customer-acquisition automation, and Hatch platform implementation — driving a ~20% increase in lead volume.
Built a custom Workfront workflow that surfaces the right tasks to the right owners at the right moment, cutting the manual overhead of tracking work across concurrent programs.
Built a tool that normalizes vendor bids onto a common basis so proposals can be compared like-for-like — turning a messy, subjective bid review into a fast, defensible decision.
Directed an in-house production operation — line producers, post producers, editors, motion designers, and CGI artists — as a repeatable delivery engine rather than a one-off crew.
On current work I direct delivery across account leads, social media managers, and SEO leads, and partner with the tech lead to manage developers on a project basis. It’s program-management ownership of how the work ships — not marketing strategy, and not formal line management.
