From enterprise platforms to consumer-facing campaigns, I run digital production end-to-end — UX, front-end and back-end development, QA, and launch — fluent enough in the technical stack to keep designers, developers, and stakeholders moving on the same timeline.
Now I own end-to-end digital marketing delivery across 8–11 concurrent dealer and brand clients — campaign builds, web updates, and the AI and automation layer underneath them. I partnered with a Tech Lead to architect chatbot automation, customer-acquisition automation, and a Hatch platform rollout that turned slow, manual lead follow-up into a measurable lift in booked appointments.

For integrated campaigns like Peet’s and Adidas, that scope extended past the screen into print and out-of-home, delivered off the same creative brief.
Digital production doesn’t stop at a browser. I’ve managed content programming and QA across large-scale digital-out-of-home and signage networks — systems that had to run correctly, live, with no room for a silent failure mid-broadcast.
